Edit Firm

Configurations:
A feature called Configurations has been introduced in the Settings Menu of FigsFlow, offering users the ability to customise various aspects of the software. This section allows users to define, enable, and disable general settings that influence the functionality of FigsFlow, providing flexibility and personalisation for each user’s business needs. Below are the key sections within the Configurations feature:
1. Configure Email:
- Default Contact Email: Users can set a default email address for outgoing communications. A placeholder called contact_email will hold the value set here, ensuring consistency across all email templates.
- Additional Staff Recipients: Users can add staff members to receive CC’d emails automatically. These recipients will be available when setting up email templates, ensuring that relevant staff members are included when emails are triggered.
- Complaints and Feedback: Users can configure an email address for complaints and feedback. A placeholder called complaints_feedback_email will be populated with the email address set here, streamlining the feedback process.
2. Configure Important Dates and Periods:
- Signature Deadline: This setting allows users to define the period (in days) during which a proposal will remain active for a client to sign. If the client doesn’t sign the proposal within the specified timeframe, the system will automatically mark the proposal as lost.
- Signature Reminder: Users can configure up to three reminders for proposals that remain unsigned. Each reminder must be scheduled before the Signature Deadline, with subsequent reminders spaced appropriately. For example, if the deadline is 30 days, reminders could be set for the 10th, 20th, and 25th days to keep clients on track without overwhelming them.
3. Proposal Configuration:
- Alias Name: Users can set an alias that will be prefixed to the unique ID generated for each proposal. For instance, if the alias is ‘ABC,’ the generated proposal ID will be ‘ABC_0001,’ helping with easy identification and branding.
- Discount Visibility Setting: Users can control whether the Discount field is visible while generating a proposal. This Yes/No toggle allows for flexibility depending on business preferences and the nature of the services offered.
4. Firm’s Theme:
- Brand Colour: This setting enables users to select a default brand colour that will be applied across proposals and Letters of Engagement (LOE), ensuring consistency with the firm’s branding.
- Font Family: Users can also select a default font family for all proposals and LOEs generated within the system, maintaining a professional and cohesive appearance across documents.
5. Integrations:
- Activate/Deactivate Third-Party Integrations: Users can enable or disable third-party integrations available within FigsFlow. This section simplifies the process of managing integrations, ensuring that only the necessary ones are active based on the business’s operational requirements.
