These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of FigsFlow\u2019s website, located at https:\/\/figsflow.com\/<\/a>. By accessing and using this website, we assume you accept these terms in their entirety; if you do not agree to any part of the Terms and Conditions, you must discontinue your use of FigsFlow and not access any of the service.<\/p>\n

These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, registered users, subscribers and any other persons who access or use the Website (referred to as the \u201cClient\u201d, \u201cyou “or \u201cyour\u201d)<\/strong>. The terms \u201cFigsFlow\u201d, \u201cOurselves,” \u201cWe\u201d, \u201cOur\u201d, and \u201cUs\u201d <\/strong>refer to the FigsFlow, while \u201cClient\u201d, \u201cYou\u201d and \u201cYour\u201d<\/strong> refer to you as the individual accessing this website and complying with the FigsFlow’s terms. 2. Definitions<\/h3>\n

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings set below:<\/p>\n

FigsFlow<\/strong> \u2014 The company operates the Service, registered in England and Wales under Company Number 15655148 at 809 Salisbury House, 29 Finsbury Circus, London, EC2M 7AQ. Also referred to in these Terms as “We”, “Our”, “Us”, or “Ourselves”.<\/p>\n

Client<\/strong> \u2014 Any individual or entity that registers for an Account, subscribes to a Plan, or otherwise enters a contractual relationship with FigsFlow for the use of the Service. Also referred to as “You” or “Your”.<\/p>\n

User<\/strong> \u2014 Any person who accesses or interacts with the Website or Service, whether as a visitor, registered user, or subscriber.<\/p>\n

Party \/ Parties<\/strong> \u2014 “Party” refers to either the Client or FigsFlow individually; “Parties” refers to the Client and FigsFlow collectively.<\/p>\n

Licensors<\/strong> \u2014 Third-party owners of intellectual property whose content, technology, or materials are licensed to FigsFlow for use within or in connection with the Service.<\/p>\n

Third Party<\/strong> \u2014 Any individual, company, or entity that is not a Party to these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n

Service<\/strong> \u2014 The software-as-a-service platform provided by FigsFlow, including all features, tools, functionalities, and digital content made available through the Website or associated applications.<\/p>\n

Website<\/strong> \u2014 The FigsFlow website is located at https:\/\/figsflow.com\/<\/a>, including all pages, sub-domains, and associated online resources.<\/p>\n

Account<\/strong> \u2014 The personal or business account created by a User upon registration with FigsFlow, which provides access to the Service and stores the User’s profile information, subscription details, and usage data.<\/p>\n

User-Generated Content<\/strong> \u2014 Any text, comments, data, documents, files, feedback, or other material that a User creates, uploads, submits, posts, or transmits through or to the Service.<\/p>\n

Malware \/ Virus<\/strong> \u2014 Any software, code, file, or programme that is intentionally designed to disrupt, damage, interfere with, or gain unauthorised access to a computer system, network, device, or data. This includes, but is not limited to, viruses, worms, Trojans, ransomware, spyware, adware, and any other malicious or technologically harmful material.<\/p>\n

Subscription<\/strong> \u2014 A recurring agreement under which a client pays a periodic fee (monthly or annually) in exchange for continued access to the Service and its features for the duration of the applicable Billing Cycle.<\/p>\n

Billing Cycle<\/strong> \u2014 The recurring period (either monthly or annual) for which Subscription fees are charged. Each Billing Cycle begins on the date of initial payment or renewal and ends on the corresponding date in the following month or year, as applicable.<\/p>\n

Plans<\/strong> \u2014 The tiered Subscription packages offered by FigsFlow (for example, Starter, Standard, and Professional), each providing different levels of features, usage limits, and pricing.<\/p>\n

Pricing<\/strong> \u2014 The fees charged by FigsFlow for each Subscription Plan, as published on the Website. All Pricing is exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n

Free Trial<\/strong> \u2014 A complimentary period of thirty (30) consecutive days during which a User may access and evaluate the Service at no charge, subject to the limitations set out in these Terms.<\/p>\n

Pro-Rata<\/strong> \u2014 A proportional calculation of fees based on the portion of a Billing Cycle that has elapsed or remains. Pro-rata adjustments apply when a client upgrades or downgrades their Plan during an active Billing Cycle.<\/p>\n

Working Days<\/strong> \u2014 Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England and Wales.<\/p>\n

Intellectual Property Rights<\/strong> \u2014 All patents, copyrights, design rights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, database rights, rights in know-how, rights in confidential information, and all other intellectual property rights of any kind, whether registered or unregistered, and including all applications and rights to apply for any of the foregoing, anywhere in the world.<\/p>\n

Licence<\/strong> \u2014 A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission granted by FigsFlow to a Client or User to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.<\/p>\n

Derivative Works<\/strong> \u2014 Any work that is based upon, adapted from, translated from, modified from, or otherwise derived from any existing content, material, or intellectual property available through the Service.<\/p>\n

Cooling-Off Period<\/strong> \u2014 The fourteen (14) calendar day period following the date of purchase during which a consumer may exercise their statutory right to cancel a distance contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.<\/p>\n

VAT<\/strong> \u2014 Value Added Tax, or any equivalent sales or consumption tax applicable under the laws of the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n

Stripe<\/strong> \u2014 The third-party payment processing provider used by FigsFlow to handle all Subscription payments, billing, and related financial transactions securely.<\/p>\n

UK GDPR<\/strong> \u2014 The United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation, as retained in domestic law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and as amended by the Data Protection, Privacy and Electronic Communications (Amendments etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.<\/p>\n

Data Protection Act 2018<\/strong> \u2014 The Data Protection Act 2018 (c. 12), which supplements and provides for the implementation of the UK GDPR in the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n

3. Cookies and Privacy<\/h2>\n
