Moving to FigsFlow
Switching your practice is the hard part, so we take most of it on. These terms apply to every practice that moves to FigsFlow.

Questions practices ask
Why do people after the tenth cost more?
They don't cost more than anyone else's standard rate; your first ten cost less. Every practice gets the small-practice rate on its first ten people, whatever its size, so a 25-person firm still pays it on ten seats. Adding an eleventh person never reprices the other ten.
Is AI Assist included in the Practice Suite?
AI features go live on 1 January 2027. From then, every Suite and Practice Management seat includes 20 AI actions a month. AI Assist removes that cap, and you add it only to the people who need it.
What does fair use mean in the Practice Suite?
Your practice can send 300 proposals and engagement letters a year for each person on your plan, shared across everyone. Re-sends of the same document don't count. If you go over, nothing stops; we'll ask you to add a seat at your next billing date.
Can I mix modules?
Yes, buy any combination. If you use two or more, the Practice Suite is almost always cheaper, and your invoice will show you the difference.
What does an AML check include?
Everything: electronic identity and address verification, PEP and sanctions screening and 24 months of ongoing screening, with the record kept. No part of it is sold separately.
Why do I need KBA for Form 8879?
IRS Publication 1345 requires identity verification through knowledge-based authentication whenever a taxpayer signs Form 8879 or 8878 remotely. Engagement letters and other documents don't need it. If a client fails three times, they sign by hand and upload a scan.
We hire seasonal staff. Do we pay for them all year?
No. On annual plans you can add a seasonal seat for up to four months a year at the monthly rate, without changing your term.
How long is the free trial?
Until 28 February 2027 everything is free for UK practices, with no card needed, and billing starts on 1 March 2027. After that, every plan comes with a 30-day free trial. AML checks are bought as credits from the first one.

Send us the invoice. The months you've already paid for are credited against your first FigsFlow year, up to six months.
What happens to our data if FigsFlow leaves the US?
You can export everything in open formats at any time, free. If we ever withdraw from a market, you get twelve months' notice and help with the move at no charge. It's written into your agreement.
I'm already a FigsFlow customer. What changes?
Your plan becomes a Classic plan: the same price and module, with no increases until 30 September 2028, and your proposal cap lifted from day one. The proposals module you know stays available until that date. Anything new you add, including the Practice Suite, comes with a permanent 20% Classic customer discount.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans roll month to month. Annual plans run for twelve months at the lower rate. There are no multi-year terms.
