FigsFlow Comes as End-to-End Practice Management Software, Free Until 28 February 2027
FigsFlow is now end-to-end practice management software. One client record runs enquiry to invoice. Free until 28 February 2027, AML excluded. Demos open 12 October.

FigsFlow launched its brand new avatar today!
Starting Wednesday, 7 October 2026, it is a full-fledged end-to-end practice management software, i.e., one client record now runs the full cycle from first enquiry through pricing, compliance and delivery to the final invoice. All features and modules of the software, except AML checks, are free to use until 28 February 2027. And demo bookings for this new release open 12 October 2026.
From Five Systems to One Record
Most practices still move a client through a chain of separate tools: a CRM for the enquiry, a quoting tool for pricing, a template library for the engagement letter, a project tracker for jobs and deadlines, and a different system again for time and billing. The same client name, fee and deadline end up typed into each one in turn, with no link between them, so a change made in one place has to be copied into the rest manually, and a job can sit unstarted for days because nobody has told the project tracker that the letter came back signed.
FigsFlow practice management now closes that gap. A signed engagement letter now creates the job on its own, rather than waiting for someone to open a second system and set it up. From there, the same client record carries pricing, AML checks, delivery, time recorded against the job and the invoice that follows, so staff don’t need to re-enter the same details at every stage or chase a signature across two inboxes to find out whether a job can start. Partners get a single record showing where a client actually stands, rather than piecing it together from several screens.
What's New?
Our new practice management sits alongside FigsFlow's existing proposals, engagement letter and AML tools, and integrates the parts of running a practice that used to need a separate system:
- A practice dashboard showing proposals out, letters awaiting signature, AML reviews due and fees won, tracked by month
- A live pipeline view listing every client job by value, owner and current status
- Jobs and tasks created automatically the moment an engagement letter is signed, so nothing depends on someone noticing the signature came back
- A client portal where clients upload documents, sign letters, pay invoices and message the team directly, without an email thread in between
- Document storage that syncs into the firm's own SharePoint, including documents added by camera scan from a phone
- Time recording and billing on the same client record used for the proposal and engagement letter, rather than a separate timesheet system
The templates and workflows behind each of these follow the same compliance baseline FigsFlow already applies elsewhere on the platform, aligned to ACCA, ICAEW, CIOT, CIMA, ATT and AAT standards.
Free Until 28 February 2027, AML Excluded
Access to FigsFlow’s new practice management is free until 28 February 2027. Before this launch, a FigsFlow subscription already got you covered for proposals, engagement letters and AML. Now, at no cost whatsoever, you’ll be getting jobs, pipeline, portal, document and time and billing features that make up the new module.
Please note that AML checks are not included in the free offer. They remain at FigsFlow's standard pricing, since each check carries a cost passed through from the underlying verification provider, and that cost applies whether or not the rest of the platform is free. Every other part of the new module is included at no extra charge for the length of the free period.
Demo Bookings Open from 12 October
Demo bookings for the new release open on 12 October 2026, Monday. Each session runs for 30 minutes and gives you a live walkthrough of the FigsFlow environment – proposals, the engagement letter, the client portal, and the new practice management screens running together on one client record. You’ll also get to pose questions.
What Changes With the New & Improved FigsFlow
For practices already using FigsFlow for proposals and engagement letters, practice management brings the process those documents start to a logical conclusion and delivers a converted client. A signed letter becomes a job, a job becomes recorded time, and recorded time becomes an invoice, without a second system sitting in between any of those steps. For practices evaluating FigsFlow for the first time, the free period removes the cost question until the end of February 2027, leaving AML checks as the only line still billed at standard rates. Either way, the change is less about a new feature and more about one client record doing the work that used to sit across several separate systems.
