The Clients Module in FigsFlow is designed to streamline the creation and management of client profiles, enabling users to manage both individual and organisational clients effectively. This module ensures that users can input all necessary client information and organise it efficiently, particularly for generating proposals and engagement letters. Below are the detailed features of the Clients Module.
Client Profile Options:
- Individual Client: For individual clients, users are required to input basic personal information such as First Name, Last Name, and Email. The individual client will automatically be designated as the signatory during the proposal generation process.
- Organisation Client: For organisational clients, users can enter the organisation’s details, such as Organisation Name and Email. In addition to these basic details, organisational profiles require the setup of relevant contacts:
- Primary Contact: Each organisation profile must include one primary contact. The primary contact is the default key signatory for proposals generated for the organisation.
- Secondary Contacts: Users can also add multiple secondary contacts to the organisation’s profile. Although secondary contacts are not mandatory, they can be included as additional signatories for the organisation’s proposals if required.
Import from Companies House:
A new feature has been introduced in the Organisation Client section, allowing users to quickly import company information from Companies House. This feature enhances the client creation process by enabling users to:
- Click on the “Import from Companies House” button, where they will be prompted to input the company name or company number.
- After entering the search query, the system will retrieve and display a list of related companies from Companies House.
- Users can select the appropriate company from the list, and by clicking the import option, the system will automatically populate the organisation client form with the company’s details fetched from Companies House.
This new feature saves significant time, ensuring that the process of creating an organisational client is swift and accurate. Users can simply review the auto-populated details, add any additional necessary information, and create the organisation client effortlessly.
Signatories Management:
Additionally, for both individual and organisational clients, the module offers flexible management of signatories. Users can use the Edit and Additional Signatories feature while generating a proposal, allowing them to modify or add new signatories based on specific requirements.
