URL: Service Group
The Service Groups feature allows you to organise services into categories for better management and easier access. Each service group can contain multiple services, and the details of these services can be viewed by selecting the group. Here’s how you can utilise this feature:
Service Group Input Fields:
- Title:
- Description: This field is used to specify the name of the service group.
- Usage: Enter the title of the service group, which will be displayed as the category name for the group of services.
- Description:
- Description: This field is used to provide a brief description of the service group.
- Usage: Enter a description that summarises the types of services included in the group, providing context for users.
- View Button:
- Description: This button allows you to navigate to a new page where you can see the list of services contained in the service group.
- Usage: Click on the “View” button next to a service group to be directed to a detailed page listing all services under that group. This dedicated page provides a comprehensive overview of the services, making it easy to manage and access the specific services you need.
Instructions:
- Navigate to the Service Settings tab
- Click on the “Add service group” button
- Enter title and description values and click on the “Save” button
