The problem

A signature tool is one more place to look

When signing happens in a separate tool, the signed copy has to be downloaded, renamed, filed and acted on by hand. That is where letters go missing and work starts late.

Separate e-sign tool

  • Documents uploaded again for every signature
  • Signed copies filed by hand, if at all
  • No link between the signature and the work
  • Chasing unsigned letters is a calendar reminder

E-signature in FigsFlow

  • Send from the record the document already lives on
  • Signed copy and certificate file themselves
  • A signed letter creates the jobs it agreed
  • Reminders go out on a schedule you set

How it works

Send, sign, start the work

  1. Prepare

The proposal or letter is already on the record. Add signers and the order they sign in.

  2. Send

Signers get a clear email or text with one link. No account, no download.

  3. Sign

They read and sign on any device. Each step is timestamped as it happens.

  4. Act

The signed copy and certificate file to the record, and the agreed jobs are created.

What you get

Signatures and approvals for engagement documents

Built for the documents an accounting firm sends a client: proposals, engagement letters, consents and firm documents.

01

Multiple signers

Set the signing order for directors, partners or trustees. Each is notified in turn.

02

Completion certificate

Who signed, when, and from which device, attached to every signed document.

03

Internal approvals

Route a fee change or a letter to a partner for approval before it goes to the client.

04

Scheduled reminders

Unsigned documents get polite reminders on your schedule, and stop once signed.

05

Mobile signing

Large targets, one action at a time, designed for clients signing on a phone.

06

Filed automatically

The signed copy lands on the client record. Nobody downloads or renames anything.

The signature does the work

Signed is a starting gun, not a filing task

When the last signer signs an engagement letter, FigsFlow creates the jobs for the services it agreed, assigns them, and moves the client to onboarding.

The certificate stays with the document on the record, ready for anyone who later asks when and how the client agreed.

Where it sits

The moment won becomes work

Signing sits between the letter and onboarding. It reads the document from the record and writes the result straight back.

FAQ

Questions firms ask us

Which documents can we send for signature?

Proposals, engagement letters, consents and your own firm documents. It is not designed for authorising filings with a government agency.

Does the client need an account to sign?

No. Signers open one link from an email or text and sign in the browser on any device.

Can several people sign one letter?

Yes. Set the signers and the order they sign in. Each person is notified when it is their turn.

Where does the signed copy go?

On the client record, with its completion certificate. Anyone with access to the client can open it without downloading.
