Figs Flow Canada

Integrations for Canadian firms

Sits on the stack you already run.

FigsFlow is the workflow layer, not a replacement for your ledger, your email or your filing software. Each connection lands on the client record your team already works from.

  • Self-serve from Settings
  • Scoped permissions
  • Documents stay in your tenant

One record, four systems, nothing re-keyed

Connect what you already use.

Grouped by the job they do. Your data stays in the system it lives in; FigsFlow reads only what the work needs.

Ledgers

QuickBooks OnlineClient balances and invoice status on the same record as jobs and due diligence.
XeroLedger data feeds reporting without a second spreadsheet to reconcile.
SageYour accounts stay where they are. FigsFlow reads only what jobs and billing need.

Payments

StripeCard payments against invoices, reconciled without leaving the client record.
Pre-authorized debitsRecurring collections tie straight back to the invoice they settle.

Built into FigsFlow

E-signatureEngagement letters go out and come back signed without leaving the proposal.
Receipt captureCaptured receipts and bills attach to the job they belong to.

Set up by the person who runs the practice. Not by IT.

No developer, no IT ticket and no migration. Sign in to the app you already use, and the client record starts filling in.

  1. 1

    Connect your account

Sign in to the app in a few clicks. FigsFlow asks only for the permissions the module actually uses.

  2. 2

It lands on one client record

Balances, invoices, mail and documents sit on the record your team already works from.

  3. 3

    Reporting updates itself

Recovery, WIP and due-diligence status refresh as connected data changes, not once a month at close.

The same handling standard across every connection.

Whichever software sits on the other end, the rules for client data stay the same.

OAuth and scoped permissions

FigsFlow never sees or stores your software password, and each connection requests only the data its module uses.

Encrypted in transit and at rest

Connected records are encrypted on the way in and while stored. The security page has the current detail.

Disconnect anytime

Removing a connection stops the sync immediately. Nothing already recorded is deleted.

What is not connected today

  • The CRA and Revenu Québec. FigsFlow does not file. Your tax software submits; FigsFlow tracks the deadline and the work.
  • TaxCycle and Taxprep. There is no connector yet. Filing status is tracked on the job, and the API is open for anything that can make an HTTP call.
  • Provincial registries. No connection exists, and FigsFlow does not imply one.

Don’t see your software?

New integrations are prioritized from what firms actually ask for. Tell us what your practice runs on, or build the connection yourself with the API.

Integration availability is confirmed during onboarding.
