See your practice run on one record

Thirty minutes, screen-shared with someone who has run a practice. We walk your workflow — enquiry, proposal, identity checks, jobs, invoice — and show you exactly where the rekeying disappears.

Live product, not slides. Real screens, populated with a practice that looks like yours.

Built by accountants. The people who build FigsFlow run their own firms on it.

A straight answer either way. If it is the wrong fit, you hear that in the thirty minutes.

On the call

Your services, your client mix, your CRA deadlines — opened on screen and worked through in order.

Thirty minutes. Bring a coffee and one real client journey — that is the whole preparation.

Who you’ll be talking to

A practitioner, not a sales script.

The person who opens the product has run jobs, chased documents and signed off a file at eleven at night in February. That changes the conversation: you can describe the problem in the words you actually use, and get an answer in the same language.

There is no qualification call before the call, no discovery questionnaire, and no handover to a second person who has to go and ask someone.

  • You ask, they open the screen — not a slide about the screen.
  • Awkward structures welcome: three entities, one owner, a fee that changed mid‑year.
  • Anything not built yet is named as not built yet.
If FigsFlow cannot do something your practice needs, you will hear it inside the thirty minutes — not in week three of a trial.Practitioner-led, because the people building FigsFlow run their own firms on it.

How the call runs

Four movements, thirty minutes.

No discovery questionnaire and no qualification script. We open the product and work through your practice in the order the work actually happens.

First01

Your current flow

Where work stalls, what gets typed twice, and which job always slips. You talk, we map it.

5 minutes
Then02

The lifecycle, live

An enquiry becomes a proposal, an engagement letter, a set of jobs and an invoice — on one record.

12 minutes
Then03

Your awkward cases

Group structures, mid‑year fee changes, split billing, the client who never sends anything.

8 minutes
Finally04

An honest next step

Fit, pricing and what migration would involve — or a straight no, with what to look at instead.

5 minutes

What we commit to on the call. If FigsFlow cannot do something you need, you will hear that in the thirty minutes rather than in week three of a trial. You leave with a written summary either way.

On screen

What we’ll actually show you.

Live product, populated with a practice that looks like yours — not a sanitised sandbox.

Sample firm and client names are used throughout the demo. Nothing shown is a real client file.

Pipeline and enquiries

Where a new enquiry lands, who owns it and what happens next — without anyone chasing a spreadsheet or a shared inbox.

Proposals and engagement letters

Scope, fee and letter built from one agreed price, sent for signature and filed against the client automatically. Change the scope, the letter follows.

Onboarding and client identification

Identity checks run inside onboarding rather than as a detour, with results and evidence filed to the client record where a reviewer can find them.

Jobs, deadlines and payment

Signature creates the jobs. Delivered work becomes the invoice. Recurring cycles roll forward without anyone setting a reminder.

Where the line sits. FigsFlow runs the practice around the work: it evidences and assists your own compliance routine, verifies identity and keeps the records. It does not file returns, and it does not report to the CRA or FINTRAC on your behalf. Under the PCMLTFA, accountants are reporting entities only when performing triggering activities — receiving or paying funds, buying or selling securities, real property or business entities, transferring funds, or giving instructions for these.

Getting the most from it

Come with your difficult client.

The demo is worth far more if you bring the messy one — three entities under one owner, a fee that changed mid‑year, the job that always misses its date. We run that journey through the product in front of you rather than showing a tidy example that proves nothing.

  • One real client journey, start to finish.
  • The service your team argues about most.
  • Whatever you tried to fix with a spreadsheet and gave up on.

Typically a partner and a manager. Bring anyone who has to sign off the change.

Preparation neededNone

No forms, no data export, no pre‑call questionnaire.

Before you book, straight answers

How long does the demo take?

Thirty minutes is the standard slot and it is enough to see the full lifecycle, from enquiry through to invoice. If your structure is complex โ€” several entities, multiple offices, an unusual service mix โ€” say so when you book and we will put aside longer.

Will I be pushed to buy on the call?

No. The call ends with a written summary covering fit, pricing in CAD and what migration would involve. You decide in your own time, and nobody chases you daily afterwards.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Nothing at all. It helps to have one real client journey in mind โ€” ideally an awkward one โ€” but there is no form to fill in and no data to export beforehand.

Can the whole team attend?

Yes, and we would encourage it. Software that changes how proposals, engagement letters and jobs are handled needs the people doing that work in the room. Two to four is typical: usually a partner and a manager.

Can you show what moving from our current system looks like?

Yes. We walk through migration at a practical level โ€” what comes across from your current system, what needs cleaning first, and roughly how long it takes. If the answer is that your data needs work before it moves, you will hear that too.

Does FigsFlow file anything with the CRA?

FigsFlow runs the practice around the filing: the pipeline, the proposal, the engagement letter, client identification, the jobs, the deadlines and the invoice. The return itself is prepared and filed in your own certified tax software. There is no CRA or provincial registry connection, and none is implied.

What if we are not ready to change yet?

Book anyway. Plenty of firms take the demo well before they move, and it is a useful way to work out what to ask any provider. We would rather you saw it early than committed late.
