One token set, two platforms, no guesswork

Every screen is assembled from the same primitives, so a new feature inherits the look instead of inventing it. Colour, type, radius and elevation are defined once and referenced everywhere.

The whole engagement, as one honest line

Component library

Reusable parts, not one-off screens

Thirteen components carry the whole app. Each one is defined with its states, so a designer and a developer are looking at the same thing.

Status chips

Six semantic states, never colour alone — each carries a label and an icon.

Platform standards

Native where it matters, identical where it counts

The app follows each platform’s conventions for gestures, navigation and system dialogs, while keeping one visual identity. Nobody should have to learn a second version of your firm.

iOS — Human Interface Guidelines

  • Back-swipe, large titles and native share sheet
  • Face ID and Keychain for session unlock
  • Dynamic Type and safe-area respected throughout

Android — Material Design 3

  • Predictive back, navigation bar and edge-to-edge layout
  • Biometric prompt and system autofill
  • Elevation, ripple and motion tokens from MD3

Micro-interactions

  • Pull to refresh, swipe to complete, long-press preview
  • Upload progress, success check and haptic confirmation
  • Shared-element transitions between list and detail
Questions

What firms ask about putting an app in front of clients

Into your firm’s own Microsoft 365 SharePoint library, through the same filing rules as everything else. See documents in your SharePoint — the app shows the record and the metadata, not a second copy of the file.

No. The app is an additional way in, not a requirement. Everything a client can do on a phone can still be done through the client portal in a browser, or by replying to a request by email.

Sign-in is email-based with optional biometric unlock on the device. Access is granted and revoked by the practice against the client record, so removing a contact removes their app access.

The screens on this page are design previews of the client app rather than photographs of a shipped build. If a specific screen or capability matters to your decision, ask us on the call what is live today and what is still in development — we would rather answer that plainly than let a mockup imply otherwise.

The client’s own records — their documents, tasks, deadlines and job status. It answers questions of fact and hands anything requiring judgement to the accountant. See the AI assistant for how that works across the platform.

See it on a real phone, with your own client journey

Bring the service you would put in front of clients first and we will walk the journey stage by stage — and tell you which screens are live today and which are still being built.

Thirty minutes, no scripted pitch.
