Founding-customer pricing held for your first year

Simple, transparent pricing

Plans that scale with your practice rather than punishing you for growing. Every tier includes the client record, the portal and your own Microsoft 365 tenant — you are choosing how much of the platform to switch on, not which of your data we will hold.

Feature allocation across tiers is a draft for review. Nothing here is contractual until it is in your engagement terms.

Why FigsFlow

Built by a working practice, not a software company guessing

Nine things every tier is built around, because the people who specified them do this work for a living.

One unified client record

The engagement, the job, the email and the invoice are the same record. Nothing is re-keyed between systems.

Workflow automation

Templates that produce real stages with owners and internal target dates, not a checklist someone maintains by hand.

Secure client portal

Tokenised access with no account for the client to create, and no login sitting there waiting to be breached.

Document management

Files land in your own SharePoint, in your folder structure, under your retention policy.

E-signatures

Engagement letters, proposals and consents signed against the job, with the version and timestamp on the record.

AI-powered practice management

It drafts from your own client record and shows its sources. A person approves every message before it is sent.

Microsoft 365 integration

Entra ID single sign-on with MFA, Outlook sync and SharePoint storage. Your IT keeps the control it has today.

Billing and invoicing

Recorded time against the agreed fee, so ready-to-bill work is a billing run rather than a monthly hunt.

Reports and analytics

Deadlines at risk, the review bottleneck, capacity next week and unbilled work — read live from the jobs themselves.

Customers

What practices say

These slots are reserved and deliberately empty. We would rather show you nothing than a quote we cannot attribute to a real named person at a real practice.

Quote reserved

Awaiting a signed-off customer story. When one exists it appears here with the person, their practice and their permission.

Logos go in once written permission is on file. A practice’s mark on a pricing page implies endorsement, so it needs their sign-off, not just their subscription.

Questions

Pricing questions, answered

Yes, up or down. Moving up takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata; moving down takes effect at your next renewal so you keep what you have paid for. The specific mechanics for your contract will be confirmed in writing before you sign.

Trial length and which tiers it covers are still being finalised, so we are not publishing a number we might have to move. Ask on a demo and you will get the current position, in writing.

Per user, per month, billed either monthly or annually. Annual billing is charged once up front and carries the 20% saving. Founding customers have their price held for the first year.

Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of any billing period. Because your documents and mail live in your own Microsoft 365 tenant rather than in storage we own, leaving does not mean handing your client files back. The exact notice terms are in your contract.

Your client documents and mail stay in your own Microsoft tenant. Staff sign in through Entra ID with MFA, access is role-based, and every view and download is logged. Your practice remains the data controller and remains responsible for its own UK GDPR and MLR 2017 obligations — no software can carry those for you.
