Signed at 11pm, Filed Before Breakfast
22:47: A prospective director, several time zones from London, opens the package page on his phone through FigsFlow's client portal. No account to create first, no call to book before he can even see pricing.

The evening
22:47: A prospective director, several time zones from London, opens the package page on his phone through FigsFlow's client portal. No account to create first, no call to book before he can even see pricing.
22:52: Package chosen. Company name checked against the register on the same screen.
23:04: Identity verification. Passport photographed against an on-screen guide, not a flat scan sent as an email attachment and hoped for the best.
23:11: PEP and sanctions screening completes in the background.
23:19: Articles of Association arrive for signature, written in the plain-English layer FigsFlow puts on the client side of the record.
23:24: Signed, electronically. No printed document, no phone call arranged around a UK working day he'd have had to accommodate.
The morning
07:40: Our team opens the flagged EDD case in FigsFlow with the evidence already assembled – the ID check, the screening result, the signed letter – rather than starting the morning from a blank inbox and a half-remembered conversation.
What actually needed a person
By the time our office opens, the only thing waiting for a person to decide is the one thing that should require a person – the actual risk judgement. Everything that doesn't need a human, like the photo, the screening, the chase, the signature, has already happened, on the client's own evening, on FigsFlow, without either side booking a call around the other's time zone.
We didn't build any of this ourselves, it's what FigsFlow's client portal and mobile app do out of the box. For a business where a meaningful share of clients never set foot in the UK before their company exists, that's not a convenience feature. It's close to the whole product.
